Co-founder, Methodology, legitnyhr (2026-present) Polish boutique consultancy for job evaluation, gender pay-gap reporting and EU Pay Transparency Directive compliance. Owns the methodology (job-evaluation instruments, grading, worker categories, the statistics of Article 9 reports) and leads the product side of the consultancy’s own tool.

Symptomatik: Multilingual Health Platform (via Digital Savages) AI lab-results explainer with a deterministic safety core, 15 validated mental-health self-assessments and five health calculators, in English, Polish and Spanish.

Patents & IP

USPTO Patent Pending: AI matching system built on a psychometrics-based competencies graph combining validated psychological frameworks (Big Five, Schwartz Values, Emotional Intelligence) with O*NET occupational data and large language models. One of five named co-inventors. Result of 2.5 years of R&D at Gyfted / Human Exponent.
