I work through three businesses I co-founded. Digital Savages builds and grows products of every kind; Gyfted and legitnyhr turn measurement into working products for HR and talent teams.
- Digital Savages builds and grows products: product building, AI transformation for teams, and search-led growth, plus our own products, Prawomat and Symptomatik.
- Gyfted measures people: validated assessments and AI matching for hiring and talent development, used by EPAM, LSEG and HSE Ireland.
- legitnyhr measures jobs and pay: job evaluation and gender pay-gap reporting under the EU Pay Transparency Directive, with an evidence trail a labour inspectorate can check.
Alongside them, I take on custom test development for clinics, research teams and organizations through my practice, badania.org, and I teach and do research at SWPS University.
