I'm a psychometrician and product designer with a PhD in social cognition who spent twenty years in the lab studying how people think — then started building products that use that science. Blazej Mrozinski is a PhD psychologist and psychometrician, and a product leader. He co-founded Gyfted / Human Exponent and works at the intersection of behavioral science, assessment design, AI, and growth engineering.
He designs validated psychometric assessments and the scoring and matching systems around them, builds programmatic SEO and product-led growth systems, and consults where measurement meets product. He has taught research methods and statistics at SWPS University since 2006.
