Added

  • `/pl/`, `/pl/o-mnie/`, `/pl/firmy/`, `/pl/projekty/`, `/pl/wspolpraca/`, rendered by shared components in `src/components/pages/` (`lang="en" | "pl"`). The English routes now render the same components; their visible text is unchanged (verified by diffing rendered text against `main`).
  • i18n core in `src/i18n/` (route pairs, UI strings, homepage copy) and `engagementsFor(lang)` in `src/data/engagements.ts`. Card copy for companies and projects sits in a `pl:` frontmatter block (`name`, `role`, `domain`, `description`, `outcome`); detail pages stay English.
  • Polish SEO: `html lang="pl"`, `og:locale` `pl_PL` with `og:locale:alternate`, self canonicals, reciprocal hreflang (en, pl, x-default) on every pair, Polish titles and descriptions within length, the WebSite node declares `inLanguage` en-US and pl-PL, the ProfilePage and FAQPage nodes carry `inLanguage`, sitemap entries for all five pages, name with diacritics on Polish surfaces.
  • Polish UI chrome: navigation, footer, skip link, form labels, aria-labels, theme toggle, dates in the genitive ("22 maja 2026").

Changed

  • Polish copy follows the house Polish voice rules and was audited three ways (miodkuj language audit, EN/PL parity check, three Polish buyer personas). Terms match legitnyhr.com: "jawność wynagrodzeń", "luka płacowa", "wartościowanie stanowisk", "RODO". Pay transparency leads on Polish pages because legitnyhr serves Polish employers.
  • English: the pay-transparency proof line names the reference it reproduces (Liksza, 2024); the Projects page says the products group runs "from legal tech to health and edtech" (it said clinical software after the legitnyhr app page was dropped).
