Added

  • **New case studies:** LSEG (screening for five analyst roles, from Gyfted's published case study), Relevate (Academy 360 for Relativity; contract, plain-text mention only), Symptomatik (AI lab explainer with a deterministic safety core). HSE Ireland's career quiz is listed again, rewritten to what shipped.
  • **A real 404 page.** Without `404.html`, Cloudflare Pages served the homepage with HTTP 200 and a homepage canonical for every unknown URL, which turned typos and every legacy link into soft-404s. Legacy URLs from the 2013-2016 photography blog that still carry backlinks (`/feed/`, `/pokaztwarz/`, `/travel/`, `/coming-soon/`, dated archives) now 301 to live pages.

Changed

  • **Structure follows how the work is actually organized.** Businesses are Gyfted, legitnyhr and Digital Savages. SWPS University is the academic home (`kind: academic`), so it is no longer counted as a venture and is emitted as `affiliation` instead of `worksFor`. badania.org moved from businesses to projects (`/work/badania-org/` 301s to `/projects/badania-org/`). Navigation now reads Businesses · Projects · Blog · Publications · About · CV · Contact.
  • **Projects grouped by track** (`track`: assessment, products, method), each card and page led by a one-line `outcome` and a "My role" line; case-study and business pages end with a call to action.
  • **Homepage rebuilt around one positioning line** ("I build measurement that holds up: validated assessments, pay-equity methodology and evidence-grade products"), a named audience, an outcome proof bar replacing auto-counted stats that were wrong (5 "ventures" included SWPS; "11+ products" included archived tools), four services each leading to a business, curated case studies, and writing that no longer headlines the infrastructure series.
  • **Every landing page proofread and rewritten as one narrative:** homepage, Businesses, About, CV, all business pages and all project pages. House style applied (no em or en dashes, no negation-contrast templates); the title suffix separator changed from an em dash to a pipe.
  • **Facts corrected:** PhD discipline is social cognition everywhere (two pages said cognitive science); SWPS role is Assistant Professor in the Department of Research Methodology in Psychology; the CV's current positions now include legitnyhr and dots, and the lab directorship (2010-2024) moved to previous experience; KPS is described as live and in testing; the Prawomat case study, which described the retired WordPress/Netlify stack with unsourced figures, is rewritten around the 2026 rebuild with sourced numbers only; the dots page reflects the mentoring membership; Netlify mentions in two glossary terms now say Cloudflare Pages.
  • **"Work with me" replaces Contact** (nav item styled as a button): six needs, each with its route (through Gyfted, legitnyhr, Digital Savages, badania.org, or directly), from one source file, `src/data/engagements.ts`, which also feeds a new homepage block. The hero's second button now leads there.
  • **Pages trimmed to their job:** legitnyhr app 1,363 to 429 words, legitnyhr 855 to 335, About 783 to 509, Gyfted 691 to 428, KPS 597 to 346, Prawomat 595 to 350, /projects/ 566 to 306. Case-study bodies no longer retell the cards; Polish regulatory jargon, module names and stack lists moved off buyer pages; RODO is called GDPR on English pages. Project cards show one line (the outcome).
  • **Consistency:** LSEG is "up to 60%" everywhere; the 1.2M organic users are credited to programmatic SEO built with Digital Savages everywhere; the legitnyhr role reads "Co-founder, Methodology" everywhere.
  • **Homepage writing** is a compact title-and-date list; the FAQ answers are shorter.
  • **Publications** opens with research interests and an open invitation to co-authorship; empty volume and pages fields no longer render as ", , ."; the "first of its kind" claim is gone. The two Kuncewicz co-authors (Dariusz and Dorota) are disambiguated with bracketed first names, per APA 7. The SWPS page ends with a research-collaboration prompt.
  • **CV "Download PDF" pointed at a file that never existed** (on live, the homepage). It is now "Save as PDF", printing the current page with a print stylesheet.
  • **Glossary:** all 56 terms rewritten to house style (577 em dashes and about 280 contrast or filler constructions removed, APA numbers). Along the way: three descriptions that ended mid-sentence were completed, a wrong reliability ceiling in psychometric-assessment was corrected (the best-case validity ceiling for alpha .60 is about .77), a wrong OPcache JIT explanation was fixed, and the context-window model list, stale by a model generation, was replaced with durable text.
  • **Previews are no longer indexable.** `robots.txt` was a static file allowing every host, so each `*.pages.dev` preview and branch alias was a crawlable copy of the site. It is now a Pages Function (`functions/robots.txt.js`) that allows the production host and disallows everything else, and `_headers` adds `X-Robots-Tag: noindex` on `pages.dev` hosts.

Fixed

  • **New headshot, and a Person image that actually exists.** `Person.image` pointed at `/headshot.png`, which was never in `public/`; with the soft-404 bug it returned the homepage HTML with HTTP 200, so the entity had no valid image. The new portrait ships as `src/assets/headshot.jpg` (pipeline) and `public/headshot.jpg` (JSON-LD), and is larger in the homepage hero.
  • **legitnyhr launch post** said "five co-founders" and described Dorota Piekarska's role; it now lists the four current founders with a dated update note.
  • **Broken internal link** in the NPS post and the **Netlify** stack note in "personal site as product" fixed here and in the ContentForge source, so a republish does not revert them.
  • Mobile horizontal overflow on `/` and `/projects/` (card chips now wrap).
  • Content below the hero was invisible without JavaScript; scroll-reveal now hides content only when a `js` class is present.

Removed

  • News Aggregator and SEO Savages Machine (archived, presented as live) and the unlisted ContentForge page, all with redirects.
  • The sample photography album ("Test Location... replace with a real trip album") that was live and in the sitemap. `/photography/` is noindexed and out of the sitemap until real albums exist.
