Added

  • **Research Software section on `/publications/` (2026-08-27).** `publications.yml` only knew `article` and `chapter`, so shipped research software had nowhere to live. A `software` type now renders through a new `SoftwareEntry` component (version, language, repository and documentation links) and emits `SoftwareSourceCode` JSON-LD with `codeRepository`, `softwareVersion`, `programmingLanguage`, and the canonical `Person` `@id` as author, wired into the existing CollectionPage `ItemList`. First entry: **countkit 0.1.0**, the R companion to *Counts Are Not One Problem* (`b1azk0/countkit`, public, with a documentation wiki). `dsemkit` is deliberately absent while its repo is private.
  • **Manuscripts in Preparation section on `/publications/` (2026-08-27).** Two methods papers reached draft completion in July and the site said nothing about either. A `working-paper` type renders through `WorkingPaperEntry.astro` with an explicit stage badge, the target journal, and an OSF link where materials are deposited:
  • **Glossary entries now render a visible answer-first definition, and support an optional FAQ (2026-08-27).** The `definition` frontmatter field existed on all 56 terms but was emitted only into `DefinedTerm` JSON-LD, never as body text, so the cleanest liftable sentence on each page was invisible to snippet extraction. It now renders as a term-first block above the fold on every entry. A new optional `faq` array renders a visible FAQ section and emits `FAQPage` JSON-LD; **no glossary page carried `FAQPage` before this**, which was lever 5 of the 2026-06-19 rank-push brief sitting unbuilt.

Changed

  • **Resolved the discriminant-validity cannibalization (2026-08-27).** The glossary entry (avg position 82) and the blog post (77) were splitting signals on the same head term, which is lever 4 of the rank-push brief. The two are now aligned to distinct intents: the glossary owns the definitional query (`seoTitle` → `Discriminant Validity: Definition, Tests, and Thresholds`, description rewritten around the four tests and their thresholds, plus five FAQ entries covering the definitional long-tails), and the blog post owns the analytical angle (description rewritten around "real construct or relabel", with an explicit early hand-off to the glossary for the definition and thresholds). Cross-links carry intent-distinct anchors in both directions.
  • **CV records the thesis-supervision role (2026-08-27).** The SWPS adjunct entry said only "Research project supervision", which omitted that he is *promotor* for the master's seminar "Człowiek i praca w erze cyfrowej"; its first cohort of 20 closed its opening semester in July 2026. MA thesis supervision is a concrete E-E-A-T signal and it was absent from the CV entirely.
  • **legitnyhr app case study extended to August 2026.** New section covering **Rozkład wynagrodzeń**, the second compensation module, and why it was built independently of compa-ratio: compa-ratio compares pay against grade bands and so produces nothing until a methodology is locked and a grading structure exists, while the day-one analysis runs on a raw roster before any job evaluation. Records that the module was specified from a consultant's real workbook rather than a description of it (which corrected the spec in three places), that thin-cell suppression moved to the client-export boundary with thresholds held as configuration, and that the importer refuses `imię`/`nazwisko` as mapping targets and never persists them. The Karty stanowisk spine is noted in the approach.

Fixed

  • **Dorota Piekarska removed from the legitnyhr surfaces (2026-08-27).** She left the practice on 2026-08-21 and legitnyhr.com had already been corrected sitewide, but this site still named her as a co-founder and described the team as five people, on `/work/legitnyhr/` (both the founder list and the contribution paragraph) and in the app case study. The practice is now four. The dated launch post is left as published, being a record of what was true on the day. Her `links.yml` entry is retained and re-scoped: she remains a dots co-founder, so the entity is not deleted.
