10 new glossary entries sourced from terms appearing in the six blog posts published since the 2026-04-27 batch (four-personality-types, years-of-experience HiPo, custom-vs-offshelf, NPS-collapses, popular-leadership-constructs, leader-traits-have-scales) that were missing from the glossary, validated via Ahrefs keyword research.
