Added
- **Ahrefs Web Analytics beacon** sitewide via new `src/components/AhrefsAnalytics.astro`, mounted in `Base.astro` `<head>` alongside `ThemeScript` and `CookieConsent`. Cookie-free, first-party page-view tracking; site key `qWgVwo9uidCazr1PFSsOYA` lives in the component (public by design — it ships in the rendered HTML regardless). Loads async; not gated behind the cookie consent banner because Ahrefs Web Analytics does not set cookies. Complements GA4 with a second, cookie-free analytics source and unlocks the `web-analytics-*` Ahrefs MCP endpoints (browsers, devices, top pages, sources, etc.) against this domain.
- **Karolina Rychter as legitnyhr's fifth co-founder** across `src/content/blog/legitnyhr-launch.md`, `src/content/companies/legitnyhr.md`, and `src/content/projects/legitnyhr-app.md`. Karolina (Managing Partner at Kancelaria RBR, TPE®-certified tax advisor) covers the tax and cost side of pay policy: transfer pricing, payroll/benefits taxation (PIT/ZUS, employer cost), long-term incentive packages (RSU/ESOP, vesting-versus-sale moment), cross-border tax residency under art. 15 OECD MTC. Linked to her LinkedIn since Magdalena Raniszewska already owns the shared Kancelaria RBR link.
Changed
- **Founder count updated from four to five** everywhere the team is enumerated: "Four co-founders, four contribution areas" → "Five co-founders, five contribution areas" (blog post), "The four of us contribute different things" → "The five of us…" (companies page), "single team — the four founders" → "the five founders" (project page). Other "four" references in the same files are about the four mandatory job-evaluation pillars (skills, effort, responsibility, working conditions) per the EU Pay Transparency Directive — those stay.
Removed
- **"What's Next" section from `legitnyhr-launch.md`.** The section was an internal editorial memo ("deeper writing on legitnyhr is on hold until founder roles are explicit" + a list of upcoming post angles), not reader value. Post now arcs cleanly: intro → What It Is → Why This Team. An announcement post, not a roadmap update.
