Projects page restructured around explicit type/listed fields

Three new case studies: EPAM (enterprise-scale psychometric infrastructure, 1000+ people), gr8.tech (leadership-assessment programme, 1000+ people), dots (coaching platform product design).

  • **New project entry:** ClaudioBrain (AI knowledge-base + operating system, meta-level).
  • `type` (`case-study` | `project`) and `listed` (boolean) fields on the projects content collection. Index and homepage now filter and tier using these fields, replacing the old challenge/results presence heuristic.

  • EPAM headcount standardized to "1000+" across the project page and all blog posts that reference it.
  • Reciprocal `related_projects` links (epam, gr8-tech) added to `gyfted.md`; `links.yml` cleaned of stale CRM entries.
  • "Other Projects" heading renamed to "Projects" on the index page.
