Blog: Cross-link design-spec post with AI-workflow siblings

design-spec-every-project now links out to how-i-taught-ai-to-work-like-a-colleague (on "technical partner is an AI") and building-a-brain-for-your-ai-cto (on "conversation starts from zero").

These two posts form a three-layer story with the new design-spec post: session configuration → cross-project knowledge base → per-project spec. The anchor phrases sit inside existing sentences, no new prose added.
