Fix: WP Infra series footer links on Posts 1-5

Series footer on Posts 1 through 5 of the "WordPress Infrastructure from Scratch" series had *(stay tuned)* placeholder lines for items 6 and 7.

  • Series footer on Posts 1 through 5 of the "WordPress Infrastructure from Scratch" series had `*(stay tuned)*` placeholder lines for items 6 and 7. The placeholders were left in when those posts were drafted before Parts 6 and 7 existed, and never updated when those parts shipped. Replaced both placeholder lines with proper `[Title](/blog/wp-infra-0N-slug)` links on all five posts. Each post's footer now lists all seven parts with the current post bolded as `(you are here)` and the other six as live links.
  • Affected files: `wp-infra-01-why-i-ditched-managed-hosting.md`, `wp-infra-02-building-the-lemp-stack.md`, `wp-infra-03-deploying-wordpress.md`, `wp-infra-04-four-layers-of-caching.md`, `wp-infra-05-locking-it-down.md`. Posts 6 and 7 were already correct.
